Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using RCMan
By using RCMan, you agree to these terms. 'RCMan' refers to the platform by KlikBit. 'User' is the club or organization holding an account. We reserve the right to modify these terms; for material changes we will notify you 30 days in advance.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. In case of suspected misuse, notify us immediately at security@klikbit.nl.
Payments are charged monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; the service remains available until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. Price changes are announced 30 days in advance.
It is prohibited to use RCMan for: (a) illegal activities or facilitating them; (b) sending spam or unsolicited messages; (c) uploading malware or harmful code; (d) attempting to circumvent security measures; (e) scraping or automated data extraction; (f) storing personal data not strictly necessary for club management. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
RCMan and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by KlikBit and protected by intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant KlikBit a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.
We aim for 99.5% monthly availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for unavailability due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control. No formal SLA applies unless agreed in writing.
KlikBit may immediately suspend or terminate your account for: breach of these terms, non-payment, or activities harmful to the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time via subscription settings. After termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
Upon cancellation, you have the right to export your data in a common format (CSV or JSON). RCMan provides an export feature in the dashboard. After the 30-day retention period, all data is permanently deleted.
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. When you process member data via RCMan, you are the data controller and KlikBit is the data processor. This is governed by our Data Processing Agreement at /verwerkersovereenkomst.
KlikBit's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. KlikBit is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mediation. If unsuccessful, the District Court of Utrecht has jurisdiction.
KlikBit is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure, including: power outages, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, pandemics, or failure of third-party services we depend on.
If you discover a security vulnerability in RCMan, please report it responsibly via security@klikbit.nl. We follow a responsible disclosure policy: we ask you not to disclose the vulnerability publicly until we have resolved it, and we will respond promptly and keep you informed of progress.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features. For material changes that affect your use, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email.
